Members join with an invite code from someone they know. They start with three invites and earn one more for every accepted hour. An invite bonus goes to the direct inviter only, so nobody earns from people others bring in.
Four choices
Members sign in with their phone number and record voice notes in their own languages. For every recording, they decide who can use it. Each wider choice includes every narrower one.
